Elite AC and Heat was founded in 1992 by a U.S. Army veteran who believed that the same values that define military service — integrity, reliability, and doing the job right the first time — should define a business too.
Over three decades later, that hasn't changed. We're still a family operation. We still answer our own phones. And we still show up on time, explain what's wrong in plain language, and charge a fair price.
We've built our reputation one customer at a time in League City, Friendswood, Pearland, Clear Lake, and the surrounding communities. Many of our customers have been with us for 10, 15, even 20 years — and that's the kind of trust we work to earn every day.
